Doll Wigs & Doll Apparel Sales/Reservation Management System

Velvetdollies is a small e-commerce and backend management system designed for the sale and reservation management of doll wigs and doll clothes. It primarily serves offline events such as doll shows, conventions, and limited-item sales, helping brands display products, accept online reservations, and handle sales statistics, inventory management, and on‑site sales records through the admin panel. I. Homepage Functions The homepage showcases brand visuals, event information, and product listings. Products are divided into two categories: Reservation products: Display images, name, price, size, and support selection of color, size, or quantity. In‑stock products: For on‑the‑spot instant sales or inventory‑based selling; display images, name, price, remaining quantity, color/size. II. Online Reservation Page Functions The online reservation page allows users to select reservation products. Main functions include: Quantity increment/decrement buttons. Wig color selection and doll clothes size/quantity selection. Limiting the number of wigs a single user can purchase. Automatic summary of selected items. Filling in reservation information (name, nickname, contact, notes, etc.). Confirmation and the ability to go back and modify before submission. A thank‑you page after successful submission. This function is ideal for collecting purchase intentions before an event, helping brands reduce on‑site pressure. III. Backend Management Functions Administrators log in via a separate backend entrance with a password and can perform the following operations: 1. Sales Overview (Backend Homepage) Provides total sales, online reservation amount, clothing sales amount and quantity, and payment amounts to partners/creators. Products are grouped by creator or source, displaying product name, units sold, and revenue – facilitating post‑event settlement and review. 2. On‑the‑Spot Sales / Event Sales Page Supports quick offline sales recording. Displays in‑stock product cards (product image, name, size/color, price, remaining stock, units already sold). When the administrator clicks “Sell +1”, stock automatically decreases and the sold quantity increases. Suitable for fast sales entry at events while preventing overselling. 3. Online Reservation Management Page Used to manage reservation orders. Shows total reservations, total points (or total items), number of delivered/undelivered orders. The reservation list includes user name, contact details, product details, total amount, notes, and order status. Supports marking as “Undelivered / Delivered”, deleting a single entry, exporting to CSV, or deleting all data with one click. Convenient for order verification on event day and subsequent backup/settlement. 4. Inventory & Display Settings Page Allows setting inventory for doll clothes and for different wig colors, as well as viewing or adjusting remaining stock for each product. Administrators can control whether a product is shown on the front end – preventing sold‑out items from being reserved or purchased further. Settings are saved after modification.
