Who We Are
Based in Shenyang, we are a team of about 15 people focused on design and engineering delivery, with a small sales and client-communication function.
For the Japan market, we work with X SIGHT INC (Tokyo) on an ongoing basis; they handle local sales and localization collaboration (see China–Japan Collaboration).
We work with companies going global and overseas businesses in China on websites, multilingual sites, design, and custom software — with a focus on reliable delivery and long-term maintenance.
We use AI tools where they help, while engineers stay accountable for architecture and quality.

We work closely with X SIGHT INC (Tokyo). Their native Japanese team leads content planning and localization review.
From UI/UX tailored to Japanese users to SEO optimized for Japanese search engines, we help clients expand into the Japan market.

Established in Shenyang with a team of 8, focused on web design and software outsourcing. Initial stack: PHP / JavaScript. Registered capital: ¥100K CNY.

Passed qualification review and became a certified vendor for Neusoft Group.
Talent Division Launched
Opened a division placing technical professionals in Japan. Team grew to 18.
